Refund policy

Defective/ Faulty Item(s) received:
- All exchanges have to be mail back to us within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.
- Please take a snapshot of the defect with descriptions and forward the snapshot to sales@tripledminilab.com prior to mailing it back to us.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is defect/ faulty. Triple D will reimburse normal postage for the defect item(s) sent.
- There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same product is Out of Stock.
Incorrect Item(s) received:
- We apologize for sending you an incorrect item; please mail the incorrect item(s) to Triple D within 7 working days from the day the parcel was received by customers.
- Before you mail it back to us, please take a snapshot of the incorrect item(s) received and forward the snapshot to us at tripled@singnet.com.sg. We will reimburse the postage/shipping fees incurred.
- An exchange will be done if the item(s) sent to you is incorrect. There is strictly no cash refund unless the exact same piece is Out of Stock.
